What is the Sussan VIP program?
The Sussan VIP program rewards our regular customers. The more you shop with us, the more you are rewarded. VIP Members receive one point for every $1.00 spent in our stores.
Simply collect 500 points within a 12 month period and you will automatically receive a $50.00 VIP gift voucher, valid for three months.
As well as enjoying fantastic benefits the more you shop with us, as a VIP Member you’ll be the first to know about the latest Sussan collections, receive bonus points offers and be invited to exclusive events and sale preview days. If you’re a regular Sussan customer and you’d like to become a VIP member, please ask us about the program when you next visit a Sussan store.
I have qualified for my $50 VIP voucher, when will I receive it?
The voucher will automatically be issued and sent to your residential address within one week of you qualifying for the voucher. Please contact us if you have a new address.
How long is my $50 VIP voucher valid for?
All $50 VIP vouchers are valid for three months and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, unless otherwise stated.
I’ve become a VIP Member - how do I see my details online?
If you’ve recently joined our VIP program, you can see all of your details and points history once you’ve created an online account. Just click on the VIP link at the top of the page and follow the instructions to create your online account.
How do I track my points balance?
You can view your points balance anytime online. You need to have a VIP account online to see your points balance and transaction history. Create your account by clicking on the VIP link at the top of the page and following the instructions. If you already have a VIP account online, just sign in to check your VIP points.

How do I update my VIP details?
How often are my points calculated?
Your points are calculated on a daily basis.
Do my points expire?
Yes, they do. Points are calculated on a daily basis, so 366 days after the day you made your first purchase, the points will automatically be deducted from your total. If you reach 500 points within a 12 month period and you receive your $50 gift voucher, 500 points will be deducted from your total.
What happens to my VIP points if I return an item?
If you return an item please show your VIP card. If you receive a refund, the equivalent points will be deducted from your balance. If you exchange an item, points will be added or deducted from your card, depending on any price variance.
Can I use my $50 VIP voucher on a lay-by?
No, you can’t use a VIP voucher in conjunction with a lay-by. This is clearly stated on the back of the voucher and in the VIP terms and conditions.
Can I give my card to anyone else when they shop at Sussan?
No, the program is valid for individuals only. If you give your card to someone else, then you are in breach of the terms and conditions of the program and Sussan can revoke your membership.
Can I use my VIP voucher on a sale item?
Yes, you can use your VIP voucher to purchase sale items.
Can I exchange my VIP voucher for cash?
No, VIP vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Can I give my VIP voucher to anyone else?
No, VIP vouchers are non-transferable, which means they are for your personal use only. You will be asked to show your VIP card when you use the voucher.
My sales don't seem to be appearing on my account - why is this so?
If you didn’t show your VIP card when making a purchase, your points would not have been registered. Please remember to show your card when you make any kind of transaction in a Sussan store.
My total seems incorrect - what can I do?
You must show your VIP card with every purchase. If your VIP card is not presented then we have no knowledge of the sale. It’s vital you retain all of your receipts as stated in the terms and conditions in order to verify your total.
My card has been lost or stolen, what should I do?
If you lose your VIP card for any reason, simply go into your nearest Sussan store and they will be happy to issue you with a replacement card. You can also call us on 1300 363 351 and we can send you a new VIP card.
I've lost or had my VIP voucher stolen, what should I do?
Unfortunately Sussan cannot be responsible for lost or stolen VIP vouchers, so please try to keep your VIP voucher safe until you use it.
I haven't received a VIP voucher which I believe I’m owed.
If you believe you are due to receive a voucher and you haven’t received it, please contact us and we can help you with your enquiry.
Please make sure you update your VIP details if you change your address, so your VIP voucher is sent to the correct address.
How long is a VIP voucher valid?
VIP vouchers are valid for three months from the date of issue. It’s important you keep your address details current so you receive your VIP voucher promptly.
Will I get change if I do not spend the full amount of my VIP voucher?
No, change will not be given on a VIP voucher; you must use the full amount in one purchase as it’s a promotional voucher.
If I return something which I purchased with my VIP voucher will I receive a refund?
No, a refund will not be given on items purchased with a VIP voucher. However, you can exchange your items provided they comply with our Returns Policy.
Will I be awarded VIP points for online purchases?
Yes, you’ll receive one VIP point for every $1.00 spent at our online store if you have created a Sussan online account and are signed in when you make your purchase. Unfortunately, if you use our Guest Checkout we cannot link purchases to your VIP account.
