Our Style Stories campaign is all about dressing for the woman you want to be, not your job, the calendar, or the crowd. And Silvana embodies exactly that. Here, she shares how she balances comfort and style and finding confidence in simplicity.

How has your style story changed and evolved over time?

Silvana: My personal style has definitely changed and evolved over the years, especially after becoming a mother. Where I once reached for heels and more structured outfits, now I gravitate toward pieces that are easy, effortless, and above all, comfortable. But that doesn’t mean I’ve sacrificed style. I’ve just redefined it. I now look for outfits that still make me feel put-together but fit into the rhythm of real life—school drop-offs, work, everything in between. That’s why I love the Style Stories collection: it feels considered but not complicated. The pieces work hard without trying too hard.

How would you describe your style in three words?

Silvana: Understated, minimal, and comfortable. I love the idea of building a wardrobe around pieces that are wearable every day but still feel like me. The new sets in the Style Stories collection speak to that perfectly. They're simple, stylish, and take the guesswork out of getting dressed.

Silvana: For me, it’s about dressing in a way that feels intentional, not performative. The pieces I’m loving right now—like the effortless matching sets and relaxed tailoring—help me do that. They're polished but wearable. They let me feel confident in the version of myself I’m showing up as, not just for others, but for me. After all, this goes with that at Sussan.

What’s great style, in your opinion?

Silvana: Great style is timeless. It’s about finding pieces with beautiful cuts and quality fabrics that you can rely on, season after season, story after story. I’m always looking for those staples that feel fresh but won’t date. That’s what I love about this collection, it’s not about trends, it’s about longevity.

How do you balance comfort and style?

Silvana: I really like to mix and match pieces to create a look that’s both comfortable and stylish. I think the key is investing in elevated basics, those wear-anywhere styles that pair just as easily with sneakers as they do with a great coat or boot. For me, it’s all about layering and building outfits that feel good from the moment I put them on.

What advice would you give to someone trying to rediscover their style?

Silvana: Rediscovering your style can be as simple as starting with what feels like you. Timeless, versatile pieces and a neutral palette can be a great foundation—but what matters most is how something makes you feel. Pieces that bring you confidence and reflect your personality often go further than following trends. Quality over quantity tends to stand the test of time, and sometimes the simplest outfit can speak the loudest.

How do you want to feel when you get dressed in the morning?

Silvana: I want to feel like the best version of myself—confident, comfortable, and ready for whatever the day throws at me. My days tend to be pretty active, so I gravitate toward pieces that can keep up and still feel like me.
