Terms and Conditions - Sussan 12 days of giveaways
(“Terms and Conditions”)

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The competition (“Competition”) is open only to residents of Australia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the beginning of the Competition period, and who are not an employee of or domiciled with an employee of the Promoter or any of their affiliated companies.

The host (“Promoter”) of this competition is Sussan ABN 79 772 682 378.

This Competition commences on 02 December 2025 at 12:00pm AEDT and ends on 13 December 2025 at 11:59pm AEDT (“Competition Period”).

To enter the Competition, entrants must follow @sussanfashion, like one of the specified photos on the Instagram account via feed and tag a friend in the specified post (on Instagram). Entrants must also follow @sussanfashion during the Competition Period. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants can enter multiple times to increase their likelihood of winning. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries that are late, lost, misdirected, or not received by the Promoter within the competition period. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

The Promoter will select one valid entry at random as the winner per day on the day after each day of the competition is completed. The draw will take place at approximately 10:00am on each day from 3 December to 14 December 2025. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @sussanfashion only (using account / address registered with the Promoter). The winner's name will be published on the Promoter website, and their Instagram handle will be linked on stories.

The Promoter decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

There is one prize to be won each day. The prizes are:

(“The Prize”). -
The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. Any unused portions or elements of the Prize are forfeited. Prizes cannot be refunded.

If any elements of the prize are out of stock at the time of the prize draw, a prize of equal or lesser value will be awarded to the winner at the winner's choice.

The total prize pool value is AUD$1,359.30. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variations in the Prize value. If any elements of the prize are not available due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value. The Prize will be distributed, or collection will be arranged for the Winner within 1 month after the acceptance of the Prize / Prize draw date.

Any travel required for the prize is at the cost of the Winner, and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any loss or damages. If the winner is required to cancel elements of the Prize, the Winner is forfeiting their right to the Prize.
If the Prize is unclaimed by 03.00pm AEDT on the day each Winner is drawn, a further draw will take place to select a Replacement Winner. The -
Replacement Winner will be notified by Instagram direct message on that date. The Replacement Winner must claim the Prize by responding to the Promoter via email by 5:00pm AEST. If the Replacement Winner does claim their prize, competition will be void. The Winner’s name will also be announced on the Promoter websites on or around the same date.

This promotion may be promoted through third-party websites, such as Facebook or Instagram. Entrants must at all times comply with the terms of service for those third-party websites when using them to participate in this Promotion.

The use of pen names, or any robotic, automatic, programmed or any other entry method not authorized by these terms and conditions is not permitted. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, contain incorrect information or do not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Entrants who provide incorrect, incomplete, incomprehensible or fraudulent information or who do not comply with any of these terms and conditions are not eligible to participate in this Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to request appropriate photo identification to confirm Entrants’ eligibility to enter this Competition and claim a Prize before issuing a Prize and may deem the entry invalid.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies and third-party websites specified in clause 13 are not liable for any problems or technical failure including any internet, telecommunication or website technical problems or any damage to computers in relation to this Competition. If for any reason this Competition cannot run as planned due to any technical problems, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone, or amend this Competition (subject to any directions issued by a regulatory authority).

The Promoter as well as its associated agencies and companies and third-party websites specified in clause 13 are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Prize or use of the Prize. This excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law). To the maximum extent permitted by the law, entrants release the Promoter and its associated agencies, companies and Facebook and Instagram from any and all claims that may arise in connection with this Competition.

If any of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.

The Promoter collects Entrants' personal information in order to conduct the Competition. If the information requested is not provided, the Entrant may not participate in the Competition. By entering the Competition, unless otherwise advised, each Entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information and approved images (photograph and/or film recording) or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. By subscribing to receive the Promoter’s marketing communications and entering this Competition, entrants consent to the Promotor collecting their personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, a copy of which is available at sussan.com.au.

Terms & Conditions for Sussan’s Win the Joy Competition
(“Terms and Conditions”)

Information on how to enter the Sussan Win the Joy competition (‘Competition’) forms part of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other published material. By participating in the Competition, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Entries not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be eligible for the Competition.

The Promoter is Sussan Corporation (Aust) Pty Ltd, registered office: 11 Palmer Parade Cremorne Victoria 3121 Australia, ABN 79 772 682 378 (‘The Promoter’).
- This Competition (‘Competition’) is open only to residents of Australia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the beginning of the Competition period, and who are not an employee of or domiciled with an employee of the Promoter or any of their affiliated companies.
- This Competition commences at 9.00am AEST on 3 November 2025 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on 9 November 2025 (the ‘Competition Period’). No entries will be accepted after this time. The Promoter may terminate or alter the Competition at any time prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period.
- The Competition Prize (‘The Prize’) is one (1) Sussan in-store shopping day to select Sussan products up to a total value of $500.00 AUD RRP. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of The Prize if such component becomes available for any reason.
- The Prize is not exchangeable for cash, and is not transferable, endorsable, or refundable under any circumstances. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by the Promoter. A Winner may not substitute, assign, exchange, transfer or redeem The Prize for cash. If The Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a Prize, or element of it, of equal or greater value at their discretion.
- To enter the Competition, Entrants must be signed up as a Sussan VIP, complete all mandatory fields of the Entry Form, and submit the Entry Form per the instructions before the Competition Closing Date.
- By entering the Competition, Entrants agree to subscribe to Sussan’s marketing communications and consent to Sussan’s Privacy Policy.
- This Competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
- The Competition winner (‘Winner’) will be determined by way of a prize draw (the ‘Prize Draw’). The Promoter will draw one (1) random Entry from all valid Entries received during the Competition Period as the Winner. The Prize Draw will take place on 10 November 2025 before 5:00pm AEST at the Promoter’s Head Office – 11 Palmer Parade, Cremorne, VIC 3121, Australia. The Prize Draw will not take place publicly. The Winner will be notified by email (to the email addresses registered with the Promoter) on the date of the Prize Draw. The Winner must claim their Prize by responding via email. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure their email address is up to date in their Sussan account. The Promoter will take no responsibility if the Winner’s details are incorrect or incomplete, and the Winner cannot be contacted.
- The Promoter will publish the results and the Winner’s name (Last Name, First Initial, and Post Code) on its website on or before Friday 14 November 2025.
- The determination of the Winner will be undertaken in a fair and transparent manner with each Entrant having an equal chance of winning. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on all persons who enter this Competition, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- In the event of any Prize being unclaimed by Monday, 24 November 2025, the respective Winner of the Prize Draw will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize and the Promoter reserves the right to appoint a new Winner by conducting a Second Chance Draw. The Second Chance Draw will take place to determine a replacement Winner on Wednesday, 26 November 2025 before 5pm AEDT at the Promoter’s Head Office. The draw will not take place publicly. The replacement Winner will be notified by email on the same day. The replacement Winner must claim their Prize by responding via email. The Promoter will publish the replacement Winner’s name (Last Name, First Initial, and Post Code) on its website, on or before Wednesday, 3 December 2025.
- If the Winner of the Second Chance Draw cannot be contacted within 30 days or if the Prize cannot be redeemed by a Winner of the Second Chance Draw, that Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize.
- The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. No credit will be given for any unused portion of the Prize. The Prize cannot be used on public holidays or during peak periods. The date on which the prize is redeemed is at the Promoter's discretion.
- Where the Prize involves driving, travel or an event, the Winner and any companions under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal parent or guardian over the age of 18 at all times. Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other expenses are the responsibility of the Winner (and their companions).
- By entering this competition, and by collecting a Prize, Winners acknowledge and accept that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. The Promoter is not responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst the Winner is travelling.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any as a result of or in relation to this Promotion.
- If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter in its sole discretion can take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
- The Website may not be available for access from time to time during the Promotion Period and all access to the Website is at the individual’s risk. Neither the Promoter nor any related entity of the Promoter will be responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any order to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet.
- Any costs associated with accessing the Promoter’s website are the Entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
