1. What are my delivery options within Australia?

Within Australia, delivery will take approximately 3-5 business days. For regional areas, please allow up to 7-10 business days.


Please note - we expect a large volume of orders during peak sale periods, so please be patient with us while we prepare and despatch your order. It may be expected that shipping may also take longer than usual at this time. 

2. How much does shipping cost?

AUSTRALIA (LOCAL):


Shipping is free for online orders over $80 (after any discounts have been applied) or $9.50 for orders under $80.


Shipping is free for gift card only purchases over $50 or $5 for orders under $50.


Please note, VIP Vouchers/Promotional discount codes cannot be used to cover the shipping fee of your online order. Your order must still total $80 after any discounts have been applied to qualify for free shipping.


NEW ZEALAND:


Delivery to New Zealand is free for orders over $100 (after any discounts have been applied) and $30 for orders under $100.


Shipping is free for gift card only purchases over $80 or $5 for orders under $80.


INTERNATIONAL:


For all other international deliveries, we charge a flat rate of $30 AUD. 



Sussan ships to the following countries:


Australia, New Zealand, England, Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vanuatu, United Arab Emirates, Papua New Guinea, Japan, South Africa, Germany, Mauritius.


All international orders are sent via the Australia Post Express Courier International service.


For international orders, delivery will take approximately 7-10 business days. Please note that parcels may also need to be processed through international customs to enter your selected country. We advise you to allow for this possible delay and any extra customs taxes or duties that may be incurred.


We do not deliver to international PO Box addresses.


Our shipping does not cover any international customs duties or sales taxes that may be payable upon delivery.

3. Is delivery to PO Boxes available?

4. What should I do if my order has not arrived yet?

If your order has not arrived within the allocated time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.

Please note: During busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order.

5. What is Authority to Leave (ATL)?

If you will not be home to receive the delivery but would like your parcel left, you can select the Authority to Leave (ATL) checkbox at the checkout. This gives the delivery service provider authorisation for your order to be delivered and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring your signature. 

Sussan orders will require a signature on delivery and parcels will always be taken to a nearby Post Office if you are not home.

You will receive confirmation that your order has been delivered via email.  Sussan will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address.  Sussan will not be in the position to offer a replacement or a refund for any lost or damaged goods as a result of you selecting Authority to Leave.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes, your order can be tracked. On the day your order is despatched we’ll send you an email which will include a tracking number so you can follow your order through to delivery.

7. How long will an international order take to arrive?

For international deliveries, you should receive your order within 15 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allocated time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.
