1. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed you are unable to cancel or change your order in the system.  However, once you have received your goods you can return them. For full details please see our Returns Policy.

2. Do I need to create an account to shop online?

You can make a purchase using our Guest Checkout, however, to make shopping easier, you can create a VIP account online. Sign up here or see more details about our VIP Program here.

3. Can international shoppers buy online?

Yes. For our international customers, all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.  Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be required before collecting your goods. This is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.  You can find out more about our international shipping here.

Please note, we only trade to the following countries:

Australia, New Zealand, England, Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vanuatu, United Arab Emirates, Papua New Guinea, Japan, South Africa, Germany, Mauritius.

4. Can I purchase and use a gift card online?

We do sell gift cards online, but unfortunately at the moment you can’t redeem gift cards in our online store. If you buy a gift card online, you’ll only be able to redeem it in one of our stores. We are working on a Sussan gift card that can be used both online and in store, and we hope to have this available soon.

Sussan gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of issue and can be used in all our stores across Australia but not online as payment. Gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise only and not for cash, another gift card will be issued if total amount is not redeemed.

Please note, Sussan gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

5. Why is an item a different price online to in store?

From time to time, there may be exclusive online only offers that are not available in store and vice versa. To make sure you don’t miss out on any of our offers, please make sure you are subscribed to our mailing list or follow us on our social media channels.

6. Will Sussan ‘hold’ garments for me?

We are unable to hold items in our online store. Speak to your local store if you are looking for a particular garment and can’t make a purchase right away.

7. Does Sussan have lay-by?

We do offer lay-by in store, however it is not available online.

Lay-by items are held for four weeks with payments to be made every two weeks. A 20% deposit will be required and if the lay-by is cancelled, a $5.00 cancellation fee will be charged. Sale items are excluded from Lay-by.

For any online purchases, you have the option of Afterpay.

8. How do I know what size I am?

We want to ensure that all your purchases fit and look great. For help with choosing the best fit, please refer to our Size Guide which you can find on any product page.

If you have shopped at our stores before and know your size, please note that the sizes in our online store are exactly the same as in our stores.

9. What size range does Sussan stock?

Sussan currently stocks sizes 6-18 in most of our apparel and XXS-XXL in our sleepwear.

10. How safe is shopping online?

Protecting your personal information is extremely important to us, so you can shop comfortably knowing that our site is secure. We use industry-standard technology and we’re constantly improving our software so we can offer you the highest possible security at all times.
