Our customer support team is working hard to respond to all enquiries as efficiently as possible, however there may be some delays in responding to your enquiry. Please expect a response within 5-7 business days of lodging your enquiry with us.

Online Orders- Our etail team are experiencing delays in processing online orders. We do advise to expect delays outside our usual processing/shipping times, especially during busy sale periods online. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Please note: Express Post refers to the shipping service and does not account for any processing delays.

Online Returns- Our returns teams have received a high volume of returns during this busy sales period and are working through processing all returns asap. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed once received back to us.

Like all Australians, our hearts have been heavy from the devastation caused by the ongoing floods in QLD and NSW.

We have spent the following days ensuring our team members in these locations have support during this challenging time, and our thoughts are with all customers and extended community who continue to be affected by these events. 


Sussan stores that have been impacted include Lismore & Toombul. These stores will remain temporarily closed whilst we assess the damage and make necessary repairs.

  • Extended Returns In Store | 30 days once stores re-open in your region
  • Social distancing means that we will limit the number of customers in stores at one time. These numbers will be displayed on our storefronts
  • All stores have been extensively cleaned before reopening and fitted with hand sanitiser
  • Change rooms remain open during this time
  • We are accepting card, cash, gift card and VIP voucher payment types only
