Our retail stores are temporarily closed.

To ensure the safety of our customers, team members, and community, we have made the decision to close our stores from 5pm today, Thursday 26th March 2020. This will be a temporary closure which we anticipate will last for four weeks. The situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), has presented unprecedented changes for all of us and we thank you for your understanding and continued support. We will continue to stay connected with you through our online channels as we all approach this challenge together.

 

Making things easier - Customer Service Support

 In store and online returns extended

We have extended our return period from 14 days to 90 days for both in store and online purchases. You can read more about our returns policy here

VIP $50 Vouchers - Expiry extended to 6 months

We will continue to mail $50 VIP vouchers to customers once they reach 500 points. We are extending the expiry of all valid $50 VIP vouchers from 3 months to 6 months during this time. You can also use your $50 voucher online for any purchase.

Gift Cards - Extended Expiry

If you have a gift card that is due to expire during our temporary store closure, we will honour the current value of the card until October 2020

Laybys

If you have a layby with us, we will extend any active laybys until July 2020. Please contact our Customer Support team   if you have any questions. There will be no cancellation fee during the temporary store closures.

You can still shop online with us

Australia Post continues to operate its regular delivery service with us. We offer free express shipping on all Australian orders.
